Title: Computer randomly restarts

My computer restarted randomly and it rebooted itself without going into BIOS.

On my desktop screen I received an hardware error problem and Microsoft said it was:
Problem caused by computer hardware
This problem was caused by an unrecoverable hardware error that caused the operating system to stop functioning.

What should I do?

I have Sony Vaio PCV-W500GN1 and Windows XP OS.

Your link has no info in it...please supply the complete error message so we can assist further.
