Is it possible to get that 'kinda' Mac toolbar on desktop for Vista ???

I have been looking over internet and all I found is this.. (this actually exactly what I want but it was just a SS.. No download)

I'm not sure it's the exact same dock as the one in the screenshot but check out Rocketdock (http://www.punksoftware.com/rocketdock).
