Title: I want the best CPU for my ASrock p4vm890

Ok guys basically i want the best cpu there is for my board can someone hunt it down for me .im from the uk if you can get a cheaper 2nd hand one that would be great but i cant find one anywhere .........Asrock p4vm890 spec (http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=P4VM890&s=

Also im having a argument with chris over the intel Pentium D and intel Pentium 3 is it the same cpu :D
