Hi,
Posted this previously but didn't get any replies. I'm still getting the error message "dwinn.exe. I sure that someone out there might know what this message might mean and how I can correct it, if possible.
Thanks again.

Seems to be a Dr Watson component.
Enter Start>Run then type DRWTSN32.EXE in the dialog box and hit OK, Dr Watson should start. Make sure that the Visual Notification box is unticked.
At the top of the window you will see the path to the Dr Watson logfile (Something like C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\APPLICATION DATA\MICROSOFT\DR WATSON) from which you might get some info as to what is causing the problem.
It might be of help to you to read the Dr Watson Help file (click Help in the Dr Watson window).
Capitals are for emphasis only.
Good luck.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. Before I do, is Dr. Watson a software, is it originally installed with computer. I know I don't have this software, if indeed it is a software. Not sure!

Yes, Dr. Watson is a piece of software, it is part of Windows.
