You probably have been infected with rogueware, potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) thay nag you into buying the full version by displaying
false positives.
If you supply more details them someone will show you how to remove it.
Winantivirus and Winantispyware would be the main offenders at the moment.
Your own Antivirus will not pick them up as they are not technically viruses, just pests in the grey area between legit programs and the dark side.
Google---> RogueRemover for a quick fix. :)

You may also want to post a HijackThis log. Google to find a download.

Download HijackThis HERE (http://merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe).  Save it to its own folder and scan with it.  Post the log here, which may take several posts.

Download ComboFix (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) and save it to your desktop.  Run the program and read its disclaimer (it's fairly short) and make sure you really pay attention to what it says.  Follow the prompts and when finished, it will produce a log at C:\ComboFix.txt.  Go ahead and post that here.  Note: Don't click on the window while it's running; this may cause stalls.

Afterwards, you should follow my previous instructions...
