Title: Cd-rom drive misbehaving

i use real player 11 for my media files and in the process of burning a cd,itasked me to upgrade if i wanted to burn wma files which i did.after downloading,i restarted the system and i removed the cd rw in the drive before it boot,but since then,i've not been able to burn cds,erase data on my rewritable cd.it keeps bringing error messages and i dont know whta to do.i use a generic cd rom driver matshita ujda70.please i need your help.

Does everything else in Real Player work? Is this the only program with that trouble, or can you not burn with other programs either? Real Player 11 is still in beta so it probably still has bugs.
