Title: Graphics cards
Post by: frank-n-furter on September 19, 2007, 11:41:23 AM
I am doing a class project and Graphics cards and was wondering what the most commonly used ones are. Also are there any cool features that I might not know about?

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with your homework here.
Homework is for you to learn from, not to just get the answers handed to you.
Good sites: wikipedia.org, howstuffworks.com, google.com.

I don't have a problem helping people with their homework, as I see it as something evil and bad.

But I DO think that you should learn this stuff on your own.

Heres a site that may help you.

The most commonly used vid card is the parliment super delux X8200.  The other most commonly used card is the SCUD or the Shahab.  Dont believe the hype about Nvidia or ATI, all just junk when compared to the ones I have given you.  God willing, you will do fine on your homework!  Some facts, the Shahab has a range of 1200mghz, able to reach all your zionist games and large video cache for rendering them to far away lands.  A cool feature you might know about it is the that vid card are dual pupose, meaning they serve two functions.  One is for video, the other is that they they supply power for your computer which is not commonly known.  Ben Franklin was experimenting with Vid cards for his commadore way back and in fact was the first person to every succesfully get video to appear on a screen, allbeit for only a few seconds.  You may not also know that the inventer of internet porn was Teddy Kennedy.  Visionaries.  I hope this has helped

Just do some research on your own. Google will be your best help and it's really not that hard to find information about what you need! Most places selling graphics cards online should have something about the card itself

First of all I have been and still am doing research on my own. Second from now on I'll remember that no one on the computer hope forums is helpful and apparently some of them are just jackasses.

The second part I agree with.
deep, your post is neither useful nor helpful.

However, the first part I find totally wrong.  If you look at all the problems solved, you would see you are wrong.  I personally haver had many issues solved through these forums, they have been a great help to me.  The reason you may find this thread unhelpful is because this is computerhope.com - not homeworkhelp.com.

What is funny for one person is just stupid to another.
The Off Topic section is for jokes and "funniness", not the Hardware section when someone is asking for help.
