Title: converting video to dvd ??

I have video's I would like to convert to dvd, what would I need to download the video into my computer??

What I should have said is the video is anlog (spelling) and how do I download it to a computer??

I have analog video I would like to put onto dvd, I would like to know how I can download the video to my computer.   I have, as you can see, been given iformation on how to burn it on a dvd, any help will be greatfuly appreciated.
