Title: connecting to another computer in the same house.

HI.Does anyone know if 2 computers in the same house have the same ip address? Also is there any software or some way that you can connect to the computer in the same house with the same internet connection.What I mean is,is there a way to connect to a computer and that computer has a linksis or belkin adapter and I do too.Also 1 computer which is the 3rd has a big router that connects the 2 computers.I want to figer out a way to connect to the other computer with the same little linksis of belkin adapter and be able to see what websites they went on and maybe what they downloaded.

What operating systems are you running?

You can try going to My Network Places and clicking Add a Computer on the sidebar.
