Title: Hyperlinks within emails don't work
Post by: donashton on December 14, 2004, 07:55:43 PM
Clicking on hybperlinks within emails doesn't result in anything; no error messages & no action of any kind.  The problem recently started and is in both email clients I am using: MS Outlook & Mozilla Thunderbird.  I have tested multiple links over several days.  The linking ability simply went dead.

But when I go to the email using my ISP's email program over the internet, the links work fine.

OS  Windows 2000,  SP4
IE version 6.02899
Mozilla Firefox version 1.0
Zone Alarm 5.5 ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Are they underlined and coloured like normal hyperlinks? It could be that your programs are reconising them as pure text and not links.
