Title: Canon S900 Photo Printer
Post by: tinwhistle on November 12, 2007, 10:41:08 PM
The "used ink tank" is almost full. Is there a site that I can get instructions as to how to empty the tank? Am I better off taking it 40 miles to the canon service center?
Thanks in advance...Tinwhistle

Welcome aboard ;D
Any particular reason, you want to empty it?

Hi Broni, thanks for the welcome. The warning flag from the printer say's  when the used ink tank is "full" the printer will not work :(
I took it to the local computer shop (not canon approved), he didn't want to touch it, saying that if something broke he doubted if there were parts for a printer this old, but did show me what needed to be done. So I guess I'll try to fix it myself. ???
