Title: Opening attachements in windows mail

 HP computer using Windows Vista, When I try to open an email with an attachment, windows installer pops up saying " the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package NAV.msi. Why does this happen and what can I do to fix this?

"NAV.msi" is Norton installation file.
Do you have Norton, maybe uninstalled it recently?
What email program? Outlook, by any chance?
