Post by: edminious on December 04, 2007, 09:11:50 AM
I just reinstalled XP on a new hard drive, when I try to load any games I get Fatal exception errors.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games, but that doesn't work.  I need help with this problem, please!!! I will attach a gif. to show the error.

From what I just read on some forums, this is a common error with WoW. I don't have the time right now to keep looking for a confirmed solution but if you google "Fatal exception Error#132 wow" (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=Fatal+exception+Error%23132+wow&btnG=Google+Search&meta=) you can find some forums detailing the problem and hopefully you can find a solution.

You know, when I reinstalled Windows about 2 months ago, I had this exact same error reinstalling WoW, but just WoW. All other games have installed just fine.

I finally ended up copying the installation from my girlfriend's computer and copying her registry key to match the location on my system.

Are you getting this error with all games or just WoW?
