Title: Porblems with installing programs in WinXP After powershutdowns and format.

Hi all,

about a week ago I had some power shutdowns that wiped out my C: drive.
I formatted the system and installed  Windows XP sp2 with all updates and some anti virus.

since then I had some problems with some programs...

For example: Cubase 3, and guitar rig, The installation gets stuck in the middle or In some cases I'm able to fully perform the installation but when I try to start the program I get this "send/don't send" error after a few seconds.

What should I do?

What is the exact error message?
