hey, young comp programer on the ropes here...
comp has SurfSidekick... was advised after many a search to create a 'batch' file to delete the sucker even before it started up (already tried deleting it from the start-up programs.....) and not the slightest clue as how to do it... much less make it work ~~~~:( any help available from veterans or noobs alike?

Click "Start" > "Settings" > "Control Panel"
Click "Add/Remove Programs"
Find and select "Surf Sidekick"
Click "Change/Remove"
