Title: HP Deskjet 600c - Windows 98 SE
Post by: Sarah McGowan on December 30, 2004, 08:58:46 AM
I have Windows 98 SE.  I'm trying to install a HP Deskjet 600c printer.  When it asks for the disk, it gives me an error stating that I'm missing these files:

dmcolor.dll
finstall.dll
icon.lib
unidrv.dll
hpdskjtb.drv

Suggestions on what to do???  I've tried downloading and selecting the file, still get error.  Thanks for any help.

Win98 is not very good at finding the files it needs.  When it asks for Win98 CD, browse to Win98 subdirectory on CD.  Then continue.
