I cant get my micorsoft outlook to open i keep getting an error that says can find folder, server not responding cantact your adminastrater

Repair/reinstall MS Office.

Are you using Outlook with an Exchange server?  Is someone designated administrator of the Exchange server?  If so, notify them of this problem so that they can take a look and see whether the issue is related to the Exchange server.  Besides, if you uninstall and reinstall Office, I'd guess you'll need some help configuring it to work on the Exchange server.
