If you're using XP Pro (or higher), Open a folder.  Then, under tools, click Folder Options. In the View tab, at the bottom of the list is Use Simple Sharing or Use Sharing Wizard.  Uncheck that.  Now, use Explorer to find the program.  Right-click on the program (or the folder it's in) and go into its Properties page.  In the Security tab, you'll see at the top a list of groups or user names.  If your grandmother's account is not listed, you'll have to add it manually.  Clicking Add, Advanced, Find Now will bring up a list of the accounts on your machine.  Once you add her name, select it, and then in the bottom window where it lists the permissions, put a check next to everything in the Deny column.
