Title: Javascript menu

Hi, thanks for taking a moment.
I would like to build a popup menu in JavaScript.

To be clear, I mean the kind of menu that pops up to display
sub-items of a link, or button on a website.

I don't insist on JavaScript, it just seems like a good language for the job.
I've Googled to my hearts content, but only pre-built, "buy our product" type pages are coming up.

Can anyone point me to a tutorial page? Thanks in advance!

They have a bunch of free menus you can use.
