Title: mashita dvd ram uj 850s ata device

my dvd burner is not installing on my acer aspire 5100 laptop....it was workin about a month ago... i have unistalled it and tried to reinstall it.... still wont work.... the good thing is its under warranty but i dont really want to send it away... any other suggestions???

Try it in another computer to see, if it works.
