Title: folder option disappear

 My pc has no folder options

How I can try?
   pls help me

What version of Windows?  When you have a Windows Explorer window open, you do not see "Folder Options" on the Tools menu?  Is that right?

one reason why your folder is disappear you have a virus or it was disable in your gpedit policy. try to nscan your computer and check your gpedit policy

This is the first time I read about something like this, and whatever version of Windows is, there are always options for customizing folder.
I agree you should use an antivirus and scan your computer, it could cause that.
