Norton AV picked up Adware.CDT on the last coupla scans, more specifically fresh-teens[1] html.
It won't delete it and suggests I do the "registry" clean up by saving it, etc. Is this the only way to rid it? I tried searching for it and it did not show up. Is it a concern?

The thing is.... We don't know what is happening completely.... We aren't able to see the computer.... So, our instructions are only as clear as the information that you provide us with.

Flame - I understand and thank you for trying.
However, dl65 offered some advice in a "nice" way. At least, it would have been something "concrete" to start with and my question was answered more than "do what N says."
We just deleted the Internet Temporary files, but NAV didn't say to do that! Sometimes, it's probably better to try the simplest first and not the "technical." :)
But, we're clean and I thank you for your time. I enjoy learning new things from you all.
