Title: Need a riser to change cards from vertical to horizontal

I have an old case that is not tall enough so I need an adaptor card that plugs into pci slot and then plug my pci cards in it horizonally, but can not find one anywhere.
Anyone out there that can help a wannabe technowinnie?
