a quick google search brought up a microsoft article
check it out at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137539 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137539)
According to Microsoft,
"The above STOP error means a trap occurred in kernel mode and the trap is either one the kernel is not allowed to have or is always fatal. The most common causes of a STOP 0x7F are:
• Low-level hardware corruption, such as corrupt memory (RAM)
• Mismatched memory modules
• A malfunctioning motherboard"

Travel Here (http://www.memtest86.com/download.html) and download MemTest.
Use the file to create a bootable CD/floppy.
Re-boot with it and let it run a few hours.
Any errors at all and you will need to replace the RAM.
