Title: speed problem

There is a problem of my computer speed that when it is start, it is normally going on. Sometime it speed suddenly slow
    So, please suggest me how can I remove this problem.

Operating system / antivirus & antispyware protection / service packs installed / when did it start happening / did it ever work right / installed any new software?
