About once a while I go to start->c:/ and there are some duplicate Windows files that have "squares" in place of the "o", the "d", and other letters...also in the Windows folder "system32"
I delete them and they always come back...there are usually three "Windows" folders in c:/ with two with the squares....and the same in the windows folder under system32.
I have reinstalled windows, run av, anit-spy, etc.....

It would be to your advantage, if you gathered all your problems (this one, music not playing, and an injured finger hit by cold compressed air) in one post. They may be connected.
