Title: Help please - (ikernel.exe) error message

Can somebody help PLEASE/

I am tying to load the drivers for an mp3 player and keep getting the following error message:

The installshield engine(ikernel.exe)could not be install. The system cannot find the file specified.

I'v tried doing a google search for possible solutions but am going round in circles getting nowhere.

I'm a little ignorant of computer language so plain simple English would be lovely. Thanks alot.

Do you have the install disk for the mp3 player...
