When you go into documents and setting and the file "backup files", can that file be deleted.

So, I take it your OS is Windows XP SP2 when you said "Documents and Settings".

So, you're saying that in the "Documents and Settings" folder, there is a folder called "Backup files"? Can you post a screen shot?
