Title: Windows not Working Properly....BUT....

Can someone help me??


My Operating System ( ANY OS ) is driving me nuts.....I already Formatted my HD, install my OS ( tried XP and Win2k ), but my OS is not working as it should be, tried it on SafeMode, it's working perfectly fine ( NEWLY Installed OS ).....tried it to install other hard drive, change my memory .....but same old thing.


What seems to be the problem.

Since it seems to be better in safemode off the top of my head i'd say you're missing your MBoard drivers...
That or the hard drive itself has issues.
Run chkdsk /r on it to see if that's the case...

Well, when you try to move your Mouse Cursor, open a new window, ANYTHING  etc. it Crash.
