HERE (http://www.freewarefiles.com/The-Brute-Force-Uninstaller-BFU_program_15041.html)
The Brute Force Uninstaller (BFU) is a program to help forcibly remove unwanted software and the likes from a system. Itīs basically a scripting engine that can execute commands from a file, much like a batch file. The list of commands is very complete and powerful, and scripts are easy to write.

HELP the link you posted is dead unfortunately :(
I used your uninstaller to remove a old antivirus software but it says to stop the service first. when I want to stop the service I see its not running! installer/uninstaller might be corrupted
when I go in appwiz via uninstall button it closes instantly
Anyone have a working link to get rid of this??????

Curious why not back up the data to external media or cloud storage and perform a clean install?
Ripping software out of Windows usually leaves orphan entries in registry and elsewhere and makes for a system that is scarred from its removal.
Which Antivirus and version are you trying to remove and from what OS version? Some antivirus programs have protections from being removed without uninstalling the proper way. Some require a password to uninstall.

And some have their own un-installers...
