Title: Clicking PDF link crashes IE
Post by: Dronfieldman on February 24, 2008, 01:45:13 PM
I have Internet Explorer vers. 7 and Adobe Reader vers. 7, running under Windows XP Professional.   Whenever I click on a PDF link in a web page, instead of showing the PDF document, IE closes down.   Anyone any idea how I can prevent this happening?

Uninstall Adobe Reader, and install FoxIt: http://filehippo.com/download_foxit/
Does very same thing, it's much smaller, faster, and trouble free.
