Title: how to install netbackup 6.5 on linux redhat 5

hi i m having problem installing the netbackup 6.5 on the redhat server. i keep having port error like (cannot connect to the NB-Java authentication service via VNETD on netbak on port 13724). could some kind souls help me with that or could anyone send me like a detailed installtion guide so that at least i could try to figure that out? thanks. ur help will be greatly appriciated.   :)
