Title: Our new place
Post by: ale52 on March 16, 2008, 08:48:33 AM
Hi all,

Well, in about 10 days my wife and I move into our 1st & new (built 2003) home.  Here's a link to a picture of it..

I'm really excited about it (my wife hasn't gotten the bug yet).  It's on 10 acres, solar, radiant-floor heating and tank-less water heating system.  It has a 50-year roof and fire-retardant siding.

I'll be off the forum for a week or so starting around the 21st but, like Arnold said..."I'll be back". ;)

Yeah,  it took 6 months off looking at...nice house, crummy property...or...nice property, crummy house, and a lot of prayer.

We are very fortunate to have been able to afford this place  ;D

Nice to hear from you again, and congratulations on the house.

I live in Northern California about 120 North of Sacramento, the state capitol, in a little town called Paradise.

It's really not all that big.  1630 sq.ft. with an 800 ft. or so garage/workshop.  That's where I'll run my business out of and keep my drums there.

A big congratulations on the new place Alan. Looks like a nice place that I'm sure will keep you occupied. Wish you and your wife all the best. Once you get your computer room / office setup you'll have to post pictures of it. :)
