Title: defraging game files problem

im having a problem with defraging my oblivion files using contig and the built in defraging software, it says the volume does not have a group of contigous, free clusters that is large enough to contain the entire file. and its slowing the game down dramaticly  down to 1-11 fps outside any help apreciated

The game would usually slow down due to what is happening onscreen in the game.
What are you hardware specs and what Disk Defragmenter are you using?
