Title: MOUSE NOT WORKING

When trying to access a link, when I left click my mouse, the link does not open.  Sometimes the link will open when I right-click my mouse and open a separate window.  When attempting to access my email office account, I am not able to open my mail with a left- or right-click.  I have tried many measures to restore my mouse functions, including a system restore, but nothing has worked.  Please Help!!!

Windows version, browser name, and version, email program name, please.
