Title: Help With PSP or Adobe PhotoShop Please

I have Paint Shop Pro & Adobe Photo Shop on my computer.  I have not been able to get the hang of the Adobe Photo Shop but can do quite a bit with PSP.  I know somewhere I saw where I could take a photo and have it change to a coloring book page.  Now I can't seem to find it anywhere and don't remember how to do it.  There is a little sick boy which can't do much but would love to color the photos he cherishes as coloring pages.  Can anyone please help me?  Thank you.

Tank you for the reply Dusty.  I only have PSP 8 and I played around with it but it doesn't have the options that PSP 9 have.  Thanks anyway.  I appreciate your comeback.
