Title: Add a goal line in and Excel '02 column chart

I am putting together a column chart in Excel '02 and want to add a goal line (not a trendline) across the top of 95%.  So far, the closest I've been able to come with is to chart 2 series of data (one being goal 95%)then change the goal series to a line graph inside the column chart but this is really not what I'm looking for.  Can anyone please help?
