Title: Compatible Graphics Card Help
Post by: lattestone on April 06, 2008, 07:06:43 PM
I was wondering if this graphics card would be compatible with my computer.  I'm going with PCI because my AGP slot is broken.

Hi there,

PCI slots are all universal, anything PCI will work in a PCI slot :)

so any PCI gfx card will work fine :)

which would be better?
GeForce FX 5500 256MB 128-bit or GeForce 6200 512MB 64-bit

i just found a Radeon X1550 256MB 64-bit at new egg, would that be better then both of the others?

Pci cards are not known for performance so I don't think you will see much difference in any of those.   If it was me, I would buy the cheapest one with decent reviews.
