Please provide the exact wording of the error message, or post a screen print of it.

Does this happen every time you try to send mail?  Did this problem start suddenly?  Was OE sending mail OK before this started?

Have you verified that your email account settings in OE are correct?

A good explanation of how to setup POP3 access with Outlook for Sky:
http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-email-portal-log/757-sky-email-setup-settings.html (http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-email-portal-log/757-sky-email-setup-settings.html)

Follow that and see if it helps.

quaxo's link pertains to Outlook, not Outlook Express.  For Outlook Express, see: How do I set up email accounts in Outlook Express? (http://www.skyuser.co.uk/index.php?news=1248).

You might also need to verify POP is enabled on your Sky account.  See How to enable POP on your Sky Email Account (http://www.skyuser.co.uk/index.php?news=1389).

Oops, thanks for correcting that.  ;D
