This is multiple choice poll.
Thunderbird, and Gmail here.
-
I'm currently not using an e-mail client, but have used Thunderbird in the past and am considering using it again. Right now, I leave my e-mail on the Gmail server, but I'm not sure I want to continue doing that. I voted for both because I anticipate using Thunderbird soon.
-
ThunderBird all the way...it's as customisable as FireFox....intuitive and easy to backup.
All one needs in an e-mail client.
-
Thunderbird for business email, Gmail for personal stuff, Hotmail for a spam trap.
-
Outlook Express for the majority of my e-mail, I also use Outlook for one email account. I also have a Yahoo! Mail account and a Gmail account but don't use either of them very much; they're mainly just for e-mail tinkering. Gmail is interesting because it offers both POP and IMAP capabilities. I enabled IMAP in my Gmail account and set up the account in Outlook Express just to get a taste of how IMAP e-mail works.
-
Yahoo Mail is my personal email.
Netscape is used as a spam dump and the address I give out if I must register a product.
The GMail account is used as a data storage facility. I zip up my data disk weekly and send automated emails to myself for data storage.

g-mail, hotmail, and yahoo. I needed different emails for certain things, it's easier for me that way...
-
The emails always come into the main PC but its hit and miss for the laptop.
You may start new topic in appropriate section on this one.

No program at the moment but now, since I have the time, i might try some.

ThunderBird. (http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/)

I use Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail (not incredibly impressed... it keeps loosnig my emails), and the webmail interface of Hotmail (The old version, my account hasnt been updated yet)
-
I am using Gmail (webmail) and Opera mail (e-mail program)
-
Gmail, Hotmail, rarely Yahoo and now trying out Thunderbird.
-
Where is Yahoo Mail on the list?
-
Hotmail.
-
Other Web mail

Most e-Mail clients like Thunderbird, Outlook Express, etc. work only with POP3 mail (at least, that's been my experience) and since most of my accounts are Web-based, they won't work and configuation is too confusing to me. ePrompter work well with both types of accounts. Anybody tried IncrediMail?
-
Thunderbird can be configured for just about any email except the stubborn and worthless Hotmail...although i've heard even that can be done.

Outlook Express can be configured to work with IMAP and some HTTP mail services, such as Hotmail, in addition to POP3 mail.

It can be done, there is a addon that allows you to do it quite easily. I expect that they will eventually start changing things around so it will be easier and more efficient eventually though.
