 heu guys , just got a new pc i tried to install windows in the ussual procedure starting fm bios i made the cd first in priority after i saved and exit , then i restarted pc and showed me thebios menu with 2 options continue and set up so i put the win cd in drive press continue and then shows the black screen with the space sign that goes on and off but it doesnt boot fm cd , im desperate if anybody got any idea pls help ..btw bios is phoenix, thnx in advence all who willing to help

The CD should already be in before you power up...
You may also see a prompt stating Press any key to boot from CD...
