I need a driver for a Cyberlink power DVD ROM.  If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.   ;D

Have you tried contacting your computer manufacturer to see if they have it?

You need a driver for the DVD-ROM(hardware) or do you need something for for Cyberlink power DVD (DVD playing software).
Because there is no such thing as a "driver for Cyberlink power DVD ROM"

Does your DVD-drive works well?
