Title: Canon Multipass 370/360 printer mdl H12406

I have the above printer. It's about 2 years old. For some reason, when I put in the
correct toner cartridge it shows "wrong cartridge". I have turned off the printer
after installation. I have been to Office Max to exchange cartridges but nothing works.
I am the editor of a genealogy newsletter and I N E E D  H E L P now!!! :(

Try the steps found at:

If those don't work or resolve your issue unfortunately it's likely a printer defect and you'll need to contact Canon.
