Title: Error message, please help!

Can anyone help me? IE was working fine for me this afternoon, but tonight it is not at all. Everytime I try to open the IE web browser, it goes straight to an error message and will not let me proceed. Please help, thanks!

What does the error message say?

The error message says:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

Have you scanned for viruses and spyware?

Did you change or add anything (software or hardware), between "this afternoon" and "tonight"?
