Title: WKT file

I've tried opening a WKT file with Adobe Reader and Word to no avail.  Word will open it but encrypted.  I know it's an encrypted file because it's my own personal document that I exported from its main site in the web.   :'(  Does anyone know how can I open this file, what program would I use to decrypt it and read it normally?

I exported it because I want to make changes constantly and don't want to be going in and out to the site every time I need to do so.  Later on I can import it back to the site.

What was it encrypted with ? ?
