From MSDN:

Quote
A system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues. Check Event Viewer (EventVwr.msc) for additional information.

Installed any new hardware recently ? ?
Or if you have updated any drivers they may be the wrong ones for what you have...try rolling back to the previous ones...

Are you using the Nvidia drivers? Or the Microsoft drivers?

Im using the Nvidia drivers however (this might seem dumb) its an ASUS card using Nvidia tech.  I have down loaded the Nvidia driver direct off their website.  Could this be the problem?
