For the month of March we thought we would run a poll again that we have not run in a few years. This month we would like your oppinion on what your favorite search engine is. Feel free to discuss in the forum why you like a particular search engine and if your favorite search engine is not listed feel free to post a link.

There appears to be a fouled up link ....when i cast my vote for my favourite search engine ........GOOGLE , I am refered to the results for the previous poll ( re using Linux )
I also use "Ask Jeeves " on the odd occassion .

It's possible that the pages were still getting uploaded when you were trying it because I'm unable to duplciate your issue.

The only one I ever use is Google. You can find everything you'd need via Google. There's a small hint for those newbies out there.

I am a Google lover! I use Google for EVERYTHING! I like how many results are displayed, and how accurate they are. Also, if Google (by some strange change), did NOT give me the results that I wanted, I use http://www.dogpile.com ... Although, I have not been there for a WHILE, becuase Google is SO accurate! ;D

Our web host moved over several gigs of raw statistics that caused issues with the forums and polls. Unfortunately this means that polls done over the last week were lost. We apologize for the issue and are trying to work out some type of solution with our web host to get this issue to not occur.

The search engine i use ..first is my grey matter...and then..........godgle..........heaven sent:) and its good to visiting this poll page...................talking via the net...........has made the world smaller.And to gloat or creep/crawl this is the best behaved forum in the world .........a medal of the best web-forum there is........bwfitw....a net oscar......in the making:) keep it going ..admin...you are doing a great i.t job....m_2......blimey my jeans have holes in them now..

since i know about internet i have been using google search engine only. Its an ultimate search engine.

Googles the one for me... mainly as its included in the firefox menu.
But it sems like Google is the next microsoft...

Well, I did the following query on Yahoo: "rm files that begin with dash" and got this site (computer hope for a perfect answer) as first result. On google for same query this site was second result. Actually, nowadays for all my queries there's really not much difference -- they're both good.
