Title: need help with RAM

old computer but still works running on XP

i wanna know if the following two works for my computer:

i have less than 500 RAM right now, so i need more.

Google [crucial.com ]and do a memory check for your computer, there it will tell you what is sutiable for your pc

i wouldnt know what im looking for.
im looking for a yes/no answer or recommendation for better RAM than the 2 above.

PC2700  memory  @ 184 pin up to 1 gig = 2- 512
