Title: Need help with modem driver

My modem driver seems to have disappeared again. I can not figure out how I reinstalled it before. As I can't get online I can't simply download it. I have a HP Presario laptop. Can someone please help me out? Thanks....Patti

I think you may have gotten the hardware names mixed up. Do you mean the modem (the box connected to your internet) or something else?

It might help if you give us the exact model of your laptop.

Use another computer to download the driver. Save it to My Documents and then burn it to a CD. Now take that CD and run it with your computer.

Modems come in more than just box form, mon frer...
