Friends i am unable to write data in my pendrive its saying

Is it a USB Flash Drive?
Go to Computer, right-click on the drive (usually F:\), and check if "Read only" is checked.

sometimes there's a physical switch on the USB device, you could sheck that's on the correct setting.

Friend there is nothing called read-only on right clicking the properties on icon of my pendrive its like general tools auto hardware etc tabs

when i am formatting i am getting a message as :

Also, may be know what kind of device this is?

Did you at any time write protect the drive or any of it's contents ? ?
You need to begin answering some of the questions asked if you expect positive results to your dilemna...
